TESTING REQUIREMENTS

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing.

Polygraph results are valid for 3 weeks, please email: OCBNebraska@gmail.com with proof of your passing poly within 1 week of the show.

**Pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after receiving your award for urinalysis. This is to ensure testing integrity for both the OCB and athletes.

Location: Host Hotel.

Date – Friday 5/31/24.

Polygraph exams will be by appointment only.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled polygraph.

The polygraph fee is $60 Cash and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment.

Please bring exact change for the examiner.
